To maintain your home or office in good condition it is important to quickly identify the source of any leak. Where water enters the building can be very difficult to determine and often require extensive works. Detect A Leak uses state of the art thermal imaging to detect the source of water ingress without causing any damage to the structure. Locating the source of the leak early is critical to avoid expensive repairs. Don’t underestimate how much damage can be caused by a water leak.

Thermal Imaging
Detect a Leak uses a highly sensitive Thermal Imaging camera which detects a 0.02 °C variation in temperature. We map these different temperatures using different colours to highlight changes in surface temprature which ultimately result in pin-pointing the location of your leak without any damage to your property. The mapped thermal and digital pictures are placed side by side into a report for your reference.

Because the equipment is so incredibly sensitive we have the ability to:

See where water is leaking away or blocked up
Detect damp
Check the exterior of your house for major losses of heat
Locate wet or missing insulation within a waterproofing system providing critical data for roof maintenance
